Dan has 20+ years of playing and instructing experience at the Midget AAA, Junior A, WHL, College and Pro Levels of Hockey. While pursuing a pro career, from 1999-2001 Dan trained with the Vancouver Canucks and developed a goaltender conditioning system that has a strong influence on our programs today.
Dan has developed three day and five day programs for Accel Goaltending that assist young goaltenders in maximizing their potential as athletes, students and individuals through a progression that allows for a better understanding of goaltending.
In addition to acting as Director for Accel Goaltending, Dan also mentors goaltenders privately as well as for teams and organizations across western Canada.

Matt Pedersen- Liberty University
Matt has extensive experience coaching and instructing young goalies. Matt has played Junior and College Hockey and is currently pursuing his college degree at Liberty University.

Bruce Corrigal
Bruce has experience at the Junior A Level and brings a great deal of knowledge and an excellent attitude to our staff. Bruce is currently pursuing his Junior A career.

Kristofer Wesblom
Kristofer is a former Kelowna Rocket, WHL champion and Memorial Cup participant. Kris was drafted by the Minnesota Wild in 2005 and brings a great deal of experience and knowledge.

Caden Unger
Caden has several years instructing experience and has an excellent understanding of the position and the work ethic required to become a successful goaltender. Caden is currently in his third year in the MJHL with Steinbach Pistons.

Tony Johnston
Tony has been working with Accel since 2009 and brings a lot of experience to our Camps. Tony is current with Okanagan College Varsity Coyotes after completing 4 years of Junior Hockey in B.C.

Dustin Friesen
Dustin has played Junior A in the MJHL. He has many years of instructing and mentoring experience. In 2008 Dustin won a Silver Medal at the Junior B Western Championships earning game MVP Honors.

Brendan Koch
Brendan has been instructing with Accel since 2009 and will be persuing a College hockey career after his Junior hockey. As a coach, Brendan enjoys seeing the students grow and progress with their game.

Aaron Dell- University of North Dakota NCAA
Aaron is in his second year at UND playing hockey and pursuing his college degree. Aaron was an AJHL All Star with the Calgary Canucks.

Braeden Jones
Braeden has an excellent knowledge of Goaltending mechanics. Braeden is a very competitive track athlete and is pursuing a college career.

Blaine Neufeld
Blaine joined our team in Morden, MB in 2010 and has a great deal of experience having played at the Junior A and WHL level. Blaine won a Memorial Cup with the Vancouver Giants in 2007.

Wyatt Waselenchuk
Wyatt is an excellent student of the position. A very technically sound goalie, Wyatt brings some expert knowledge to our programs. Wyatt has Junior A Hockey experience in the BCHL and in the SJHL with the Nipawin Hawks.
